Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at 1414351 Ontario Ltd O/A Advanced Computers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and implementing organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
