Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to determine and analyze their supply chain management and procurement functional and technical needs.Support the implementation of solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver high-quality results.Undertake or support configurations to tailor solutions to client needs.Contribute to technical activities such as data conversions, integrations, security, and more.Apply agile and waterfall delivery methodologies to drive project success.Work effectively in teams and individually, including international teams.Support engagements by owning accountability for individual client deliverables and by supporting the team, fulfilling client needs, and generating value.Cultivate strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers, and Implementation Partners to monitor project scope, plan resource allocations, and establish success criteria for Oracle implementations.Work closely with KPMG Functional Leads to support project tasks and deliverables, encompassing planning, budgeting, performance tracking, gap analyses, progress reporting, and risk and resource management.What We're Looking For

A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required for roles in Oracle SCM and Procurement.Prior experience in working in a team, Oracle SCM and Procurement administration, configuration, or functional support roles is highly desirable.Strong understanding of SCM and Procurement processes, policies, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to Oracle SCM and Procurement to provide effective functional support and assistance to end-users.Track record of meeting project objectives.Ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver data conversion solutions aligned with project objectives.Solid organizational skills with capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting project requirements, priorities, and timelines.Commitment to continuous learning - staying updated on Oracle SCM technologies, tools, and best practices.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving Oracle SCM and Procurement-related issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely manner.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data throughout the conversion process, adhering to data security and privacy regulations and best practices.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, articulate technical concepts, document processes and procedures, and provide user training and support.Fluency in English is required (French is an asset).Why Choose KPMG?
