At KPMG in Canada, we're seeking a talented professional to join our Enterprise Solutions team as an Oracle SCM and Procurement Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in Oracle SCM and Procurement to drive business-led technology-enabled transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality engagements under the direction of senior leadership, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Implement and support SCM and Procurement modules in Oracle Cloud as the functional lead, driving process improvements and best practices.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, manage conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshops to ensure seamless system adoption.
  • Design and implement solutions to drive business-led technology-enabled transformations, collaborating with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client deliverables to ensure they meet our client's quality standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Undertake or manage configurations to tailor solutions to client needs, working closely with the Advisory team to formulate innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Work with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, managing and working in teams and individually as needed, including international teams.
  • Coordinate with the Advisory team to support project tasks and deliverables, encompassing planning, budgeting, performance tracking, gap analyses, progress reporting, and risk and resource management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required for roles in Oracle SCM and Procurement.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in managing teams, Oracle SCM and Procurement administration, configuration, or functional support roles is highly desirable, including proficiency with all modules in Oracle SCM and Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of SCM and Procurement processes, policies, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to Oracle SCM and Procurement to provide effective functional support and assistance to end-users.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting project requirements, priorities, and timelines, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of Oracle SCM and Procurement data and information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, articulate technical concepts, document processes and procedures, and provide user training and support.
