Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time English and French language teacher/tutor.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized English and French language instruction to students in a one-on-one setting
  • Collaborate with students to set and achieve language learning goals
  • Utilize Oxford Learning's proprietary methodologies and philosophies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Communicate with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field, or fourth-year university students with extensive tutoring experience
  • Strong English and French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
  • Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students of varying ages and skill levels
  • Availability to work after-school and evening hours, as well as some Saturdays
