About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dr. S. Bhui Inc. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Coordinate the flow of information and manage patient records
    • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain confidentiality
    • Manage incoming mail and other materials, and distribute them accordingly
  • Scheduling and Appointments
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Administrative Support
    • Train staff in procedures and software usage
    • Maintain filing systems and order supplies
    • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
    • Prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 1 to 2 staff members

  • Education
