We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fort St. John Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care in a variety of clinical settings. You will work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of client-centered care, promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate client needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
