About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise business technology solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Oversee the technical implementation and deployment of new business solutions, ensuring they integrate into and/or leverage existing enterprise systems.
  • Deliver and document new solutions built in various technologies, including Oracle, On-Premises, and Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot problems and deliver timely resolutions, understanding the impact of coding changes on critical systems.
  • Lead and manage multiple business technology projects as a Senior Programmer, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working with sensitive data and an understanding of the potential impact of coding changes on critical systems.
  • Experience with various public sector programs and supporting applications is considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience working effectively with all levels within an organization to understand business priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in software testing and quality assurance.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Programmer or similar role.
