About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at SBR Commercial Services Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials made of wood and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and other fixtures
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate existing structures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty environments
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
