We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at JASMEEN FRAMING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Schedule and coordinate work on sites
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work setting: Construction, Various locations
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
