Your Opportunity:
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a new challenge in a rural setting? Alberta Health Services (AHS) is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Fort Vermilion, a charming community in the northwestern reaches of the province.
About the Role:
As an LPN with AHS, you will be part of an interprofessional healthcare team providing safe, quality patient and family-centered care. You will utilize your nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)

What We Offer:
AHS offers a competitive rate of pay, a Northern Allowance of up to $6,300 per year, and an annual reimbursement of personal travel expenses to an annual maximum of $1,235. You will also have the opportunity to work in a close-knit community with modern amenities and a rich cultural heritage.
