Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Sia Partners is a leading management consulting firm that optimizes client projects worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Test Lead to manage a team of test analysts and oversee testing activities for a large-scale implementation and upgrade of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight, review, and final approval for the project test strategy.
  • Manage a team conducting SIT, E2E, and UAT test cases for the overall project.
  • Establish and engage employees, vendors, and contract resources to ensure test strategies are communicated and understood.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and management throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Accountable for complete documentation and tracking throughout all phases of testing.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2-3 years in a Test Lead role.
  • Significant experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM).
  • Experience working with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and implementing customer, metering, and billing solutions.
  • Certifications for Oracle Utilities CC&B and/or CCS are preferred.
