Client Engagement Specialist

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Co-operators, you will play a key role in supporting the sales of Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively liaising with clients and agents to support sales growth targets.
- Following-up with potential new clients to secure sales and meet renewal dates.
- Attending external sales events with business development teams to build a positive company brand and establish new sales leads.
- Providing administrative support to agents by scheduling and confirming appointments and completing follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- A high-school education.
- Experience in the insurance industry, client services or sales is an asset.

- This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.
