Sales Coordination Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Johnston Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with sales representatives, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, revise, and manage sales orders in JDE to maintain accuracy
  • Add backup documentation to sales orders in JDE
  • Request lease documentation as required
  • Create and receive purchase orders as needed
  • Obtain and confirm delivery information with sales representatives
  • Invoice customers and distribute documents to relevant departments
  • Generate manual invoice requests as needed
  • Scan and follow up on missing documents
  • Maintain Smart Sheets
  • Create transfers between branches as required
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage wholesale and rental on-site orders
  • Coordinate trade-in and scrap battery activities
  • Provide team support for bankruptcy retrievals, lease returns, and other tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The work is performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to disagreeable conditions or hazards.
