Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subregion Lead to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the global framework for facility services at the subregional level, ensuring the integration of subregional specifics and maintaining business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the global framework for facility services and direct related subregional projects.
- Translate global and regional approaches into tangible subregional and local action plans.
- Identify subregional and local issues and develop applicable solutions.
- Manage and track business continuity throughout the subregion.
- Address subregional problems at the regional level as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related discipline (advanced degrees are preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a matrix organization, coupled with proven project management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving competencies.
- In-depth experience in facility and space management.
- Proven ability to translate global and regional strategies into successful subregional and local projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
