About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subregion Lead to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities Organization (GRF) team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the global framework for facility services at the subregional level, ensuring the integration of subregional specifics and maintaining business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the global framework for facility services and direct related subregional projects.
- Translate global and regional approaches into tangible subregional and local action plans.
- Identify subregional and local issues and develop applicable solutions.
- Manage and track business continuity throughout the subregion.
- Address subregional problems at the regional level as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. You will also need to have demonstrated leadership abilities in a matrix organization, coupled with proven project management skills, strong communication and problem-solving competencies, and in-depth experience in facility and space management.

The GRF team is responsible for more than 200 locations in over 70 countries worldwide, managing a real-estate portfolio of over 1.5 million square meters of office space.
