Job Title: Insulation Supervisor

VIVO Insulation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams
  • Ensure that all insulation materials are installed to the highest standards
  • Monitor and control the quality of work
  • Coordinate with other trades to ensure a smooth construction process
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and develop team members
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in insulation installation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Work Environment:
  • Work under pressure
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
