About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a contract role. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier/customer communication, invoice processing, and supporting operations at site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier/customer communication to ensure timely and effective exchange of information
  • Process and attest invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support operations at site by providing administrative assistance and coordinating tasks as needed
  • Deal with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage the tender process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Contracts Administration/Management environment or similar role
  • SCMP Designation
  • Experience in SAP systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • First-rate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately
