Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at HM Kitchener Inc.
Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
- Set up and dismantle medical equipment as needed
- Clean and maintain medical equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies and equipment
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
- Process patient files and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
