Senior Translation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans that meet client expectations and timelines.
- Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Project Completion and Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up calls and meetings.
- Client Relationship: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- College diploma, university degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/French) mandatory requirement
- 7+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Technical, Transportation, communications or SaaS industry experience
- Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships
