Job Title: Bookkeeping Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at SATONYING MANAGEMENT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Tight deadlines
