Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at DXB Logistics Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, team player, and strong time management skills.
