Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting decision-making across the organization through data analysis and reporting.

You will participate in the period-end close process, including journaling transactions into the system, and analyze and prepare financial statements and monthly departmental variance reports.

Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and accounting support to cross-functional areas, as well as assisting with the year-end external audit process.

You will also contribute to continuous process improvement and workflow efficiencies across the finance department.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional with:

  • Two plus years of relevant accounting, data analysis, and financial reporting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Superior Excel skills for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • A university degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Completion of, or close to completing, an accounting designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.).
  • Experience with AS400, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Sage is considered an asset.
