Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Siècle en siècle Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English or French.
