Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

At 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd., we are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply and empty bedpans, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, to identify potential health concerns.
  • Serve meal trays and assist patients with feeding, promoting their nutritional needs and comfort.
  • Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care, maintaining their safety and dignity.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms, upholding a clean and organized environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines, encouraging physical activity and mobility.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, ensuring a smooth operation of our services.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients, promoting their personal hygiene and self-esteem.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  • Respond to call signals, identifying patients' needs and providing timely assistance.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas, adhering to medical protocols.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, acting swiftly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Immunization records
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate manual dexterity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and teamwork.
