About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Unison Realty Group Ltd. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain high-traffic areas including hallways, floors, and stairs, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our tenants and employees.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaning machines, and polishing machines to remove dirt, debris, and other substances.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor issues, and reporting any major concerns to the facilities manager.
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient facilities maintenance operation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
