Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our patients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, skincare, and light meal preparation.
- Assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, communicating effectively with our care team to ensure seamless support.
- Perform delegated and assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor.
- Travel within assigned regions to provide care and support to patients in their homes or facilities.
Requirements
- Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized program or equivalent.
- G2/G License with access to a vehicle.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, bending, walking, and lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service.
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check.
- Updated immunization record, including TB Test.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
