Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at Reddy's Your Independent Grocer. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving sales goals by maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing transactions efficiently, and providing product information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week.
