Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
