About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Iftin Financial INC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Area of Work Experience: Cleaning
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, reference required
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty
