About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza & Wings. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests and staff.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
