About the Role:
We are looking for an artist who is able to combine their creative expertise with technical skills to deliver inspiring and personalized make-up services to our customers. You will work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, and be flexible to adapt to changing store needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and make-up applications
* Collaborate with the retail team to create engaging in-store experiences
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and visual merchandising standards
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about MAC products and services
* Meet or exceed sales targets and quality standards
Requirements:
* Qualifications in make-up artistry or previous retail experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
