As a senior marketing lead for pursuits and proposals at Stantec Consulting International Ltd., you will play a key role in driving successful proposal, pursuit, and marketing activities for must-win, strategic pursuits across Canada.

As a seasoned marketer with a proven track record in leading large, complex pursuits and proposals, you will be responsible for developing distinctive value propositions and win themes that clearly differentiate Stantec from its competitors.

You will work closely with regional business leaders, business development leads, account managers, project managers, and operations leadership to identify and leverage Stantec's unique capabilities and resources. Your expertise will be essential in developing an overall action plan that includes due diligence, profiles of decision-makers and influencers, competitor analysis, project-specific win plans, strategic teaming plans, and spearheading preliminary go/no-go and strategy reviews.

In this role, you will also support pursuit teams in key pre-RFP activities, such as client, competitor, and market research; identifying and tracking top client capital plans. You will actively work with pursuit teams to develop and implement pursuit-specific action plans in the middle game (once specific opportunities are identified but prior to issuance of an RFP).

Additionally, you will plan, organize, and direct all elements of the end game (signified by issuance of an RFP), including analyzing client requests, developing response plans, initiating final go/no-go, facilitating strategy reviews, conducting kick-off meetings, managing and working with pursuit teams to develop response sections, leading in-progress reviews, preparing red team review packages, incorporating red team input, scheduling pricing reviews, and ensuring on-time response delivery.

Your expertise will be invaluable in creating innovative solutions and leveraging corporate networks to identify existing capabilities that respond to client challenges and create a distinctive competitive advantage.
