  • Assist in workforce deployment and maintain accurate communication with front-line staff.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Requirements:
  • Secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Fluency in both English and French languages.
  • Ability to work any and all shifts within a 24/7 environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
  • Strong ability to follow directions, with attention to detail.
