We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at OSL Retail Services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, and monitoring performance and quality control plans.

The ideal candidate will have proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, technical knowledge of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques, and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and monitoring production system alerts and providing triage support for priority systems/processes.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
  • Maintaining and monitoring ETL processes currently running and creating new ones if required.
  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filtering and cleaning data by reviewing reports.
  • Providing reports and data support to other departments.
  • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Documenting new processes.
