Job Summary:

The Sales Secretary will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the sales team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Train other workers on sales procedures and protocols
  • Record and prepare minutes of sales meetings and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Answer electronic enquiries from customers and prospects
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales activities
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for sales team members
  • Greet customers and direct them to sales contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
