Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a 6-month contract position based in Mississauga, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days of on-site work per week.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong writing and editing skills, experience in B2B communications, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our client's content migration project and various communications initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and edit high-quality content tailored for a B2B audience.
  • Post and manage content through a CMS (experience with Salesforce or Content Stack is a bonus).
  • Assist with the content migration project, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various communications efforts.
  • Edit and produce video content for quick software demos as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a Communications role, with a strong emphasis on B2B communications.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, particularly for a B2B audience.
    • Proficiency in using CMS platforms for content posting and management.
    • Basic video editing skills for creating quick software demos.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge:
    • A solid understanding of eCommerce and eCommerce Marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Attributes:
    • A proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed.
