Retail Operations Director

As a key member of the Circle K team, you will play a crucial role in directing and controlling daily store operations. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and plan budgets, ensuring the financial health of the store.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth
- • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize profitability
- • Direct staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations
- • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and effective manner
- • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Supervision:
- • 1 to 2 direct reports
- Personal Suitability:
- • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and empower teams
- • Excellent time management and organizational skills
- • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Compensation:
- Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
