  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize profitability
  • • Direct staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations
  • • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and effective manner
  • • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Supervision:
  • • 1 to 2 direct reports

  • Compensation:
  • Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
