Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

At Auto Country, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role, requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
