Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the management and maintenance of AD, Azure, VDI, Office 365, VMWare, Cisco Networking, and other IT-related software and hardware in a high-speed production environment.
  • Ensure sustained integrity and stability of brewery IT infrastructure in a 24x7 operating environment through strong governance and best practices.
  • Responsible for IT infrastructure asset and change management.
  • Provides specialized IT technical support and consulting services to all areas of the brewery, including management, team members, and consultants working onsite and remotely.
  • Ensures all hardware, operating systems, software, and procedures align with MCBC and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous manufacturing experience (3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Win2K16/WIN2k19 & patch management, VM Ware, Dell Wyse Management, Virtual Desktop Images (VDI).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
