Master Pastry Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Pastry Craftsman to join our team at beBee Professionals in Montréal.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Montréal. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, employees can also expect to earn tips.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires early morning shifts. As a Master Pastry Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to maintain high-quality standards.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
