At beBee Professionals in Montréal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Pastry Craftsman to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can showcase their creativity and passion for baking.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes decorating and presenting pastries, cakes, and other desserts to meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch using traditional techniques and ingredients.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and health codes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in baking techniques, including yeast management, laminating, and sugar work.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
