Hotel Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hotel Zhu Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Negotiate with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate the use of our facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules and lead a team of staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
