Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to optimize portfolio performance and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on risk-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Expert knowledge of consumer credit risk lending and risk management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
