About the Role:

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for growing our social media presence and delivering exceptional community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to engage our online community and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to understand our audience and optimize our content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic priorities and contribute to growing our reach and impact.
  • Lead the development and execution of community engagement strategies to strengthen community and culture at Fidelity.
  • Manage Fidelity's social media employee advocacy program to generate new content ideas and platform adoption tactics.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of social media experience.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite.
  • Experience working in the investment industry is a plus.
