Director of Product Management

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Professional to lead the product strategy and growth of existing and exciting new products at Vantage (Vantage Analytics, Inc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap to drive strategic direction within the product portfolio.
- Guide products from conception to launch by bridging the technical and business worlds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Lead product management, including ongoing prioritization, product backlog management, and documentation to ensure alignment across the product management team, UX team, and project managers.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in retail media and/or advertising.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analysis, and communication skills.
- Experience in account management or customer-facing roles, working with cross-functional engineering teams, data analysis, and reporting platforms.
- Experience in project management, Jira, or other project management software, and UX design.
Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time; GMT-5)
