Business Analyst, System and Infrastructure Operations

As a Business Solutions Quality Assurance Specialist, Infrastructure Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of business solutions. You will design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade, and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers based on the organization's needs.
You will analyze and diagnose complex issues related to IT deliveries, rollouts, infrastructure operations, controls, and quality assurance. You will provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies, and programs. You will propose implementation plans and actively help establish and implement a quality assurance strategy for business solutions in a medium- to large-scale focus area.
More specifically, you will be required to:
- Coordinate the development of a quality assurance strategy for targeted teams.
- Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies, quality assurance testing, decision-making, and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices.
- Analyze risks. Write reports, propose solutions, and make recommendations. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations.
- Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
- Actively help develop, implement, and update management policies, practices, and standards.

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of French is required.
