**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have exposure to the building materials industry and possess strong analytical skills in regards to financial forecasting and sales management.

  • Sales experience with a focus on business-to-business relationships is required
  • Full Profit & Loss responsibility experience is essential
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Inventory control and purchasing expertise
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable principles
  • A proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results

Key Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales and operations management
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Prior experience leading sales teams and operations yards/warehouses is preferred
