Bilingual Architectural Technologist Position

Nicholas Caragianis Architect Inc is a medium-sized firm located in Ottawa, with projects across Canada. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual Architectural Technologist to produce both English and French Contract Documents. Key personal attributes required are excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a great team attitude. Proficiency in Revit and experience with AutoCAD are considered assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce Contract Documents in both English and French
  2. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  3. Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Accredited Architectural Technologist Diploma
  • Minimum three years experience using the OBC and/or NBCC
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Skilled in using Excel, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Revit
  • Proficiency in French and English

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 8 hour shift
  • Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
