Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Manage staff and assign duties effectively to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Implement price and credits policies that balance revenue goals with customer expectations.
  • Select and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Determine staffing requirements based on sales forecasts and customer traffic.
  • Resolve issues promptly, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and employee conflicts.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency.
