**Job Title:** Manufacturing Process Engineer

**Location:** Woodstock, ON & Cambridge, ON

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at IMCS Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating project schedules and budgets, leading process development, and managing projects to achieve KPIs.

**Responsibilities:

  • Create project schedules and budgets for new and modified processes
  • Lead process development through design, machine specification, procurement, installation, safety risk assessments, dimensional accuracy investigations, and process trials based on project milestones and events
  • Manage the project to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Execute onsite equipment modifications during non-production time (weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • Participate in team kaizen and organizational improvement activities

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical degree, or comparable education and experience is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdowns to support tooling modification and installation projects
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support work at machine vendors, manufacturing locations, and Japan
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • TMNA Body PE experience
  • NAMC Body PE experience
  • Direct working experience in a PE position outside of Body PE
  • Automotive manufacturing experience outside of Toyota
  • Automation experience including tooling/jig design, equipment procurement, and installation
  • Experience with 2 or more Body PE functions (SE, Quality, Seibi, Carott, Robot Team, Innovation group)
  • Carott 3 experience
  • Catia experience, including the ability to read, interpret, and modify 3D drawings
  • AutoCAD experience, including the ability to read, interpret, and modify 2D drawings

**Estimated Salary Range:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
